Summary
This study aims to find which combination of nerve-blocking injections provides better pain relief and helps patients move easier after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare two different injection techniques in 50 patients. The goal is to reduce pain, lower opioid painkiller use, and help patients recover their mobility faster after surgery.
