Summary

This study compares three types of nerve blocks (sciatic, BiFeS, and IPACK) added to a standard block for pain after total knee replacement. The goal is to find which combination provides the best pain relief while preserving leg strength for early movement. About 102 adults undergoing knee replacement will participate, and their pain levels and recovery will be tracked.
