Summary
This study looked at 60 adults having knee replacement surgery to see which nerve block combination works better for pain. One group got a block near the hamstring muscle plus a thigh block, while the other got a block behind the knee plus a thigh block. The goal was to measure how much pain medicine they needed and how well they recovered in the first 24 hours.
