Summary
This study aims to see which of two targeted numbing injections works better for pain relief after knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare the iPACK block and the BiFeS block in 100 patients to see which one controls pain more effectively, reduces the need for strong painkillers, and helps patients get moving sooner after their operation.
