Summary
This study aims to find the best method for controlling pain after knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare three different nerve-blocking techniques, each combined with a standard pain block, in 102 patients. The goal is to see which combination provides the most effective pain relief while allowing for better movement and a smoother recovery.
