New nerve blocks battle Post-Surgery knee pain

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques for managing pain after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers will enroll 120 patients undergoing knee replacement to see which combination of nerve blocks provides better pain relief with fewer side effects. The study measures pain levels, opioid medication use, and recovery quality in the first days after surgery.
