New nerve block could ease pain after knee surgery

Summary
This study aims to see if a new combination of four nerve blocks provides better pain relief after knee replacement surgery compared to the current standard method. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with knee arthritis who are scheduled for knee replacement. They will measure recovery quality, pain levels, and how quickly patients can walk again after surgery.
