Smart surgery: testing Computer-Guided knee replacements

Summary
This study is testing new computer software designed to help surgeons perform knee replacement operations more accurately. It will involve 120 adults with severe knee arthritis who need a total knee replacement. Researchers will compare the new software to the previous version by measuring surgical precision, tracking patient recovery, and monitoring safety over time.
