First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks back at 500 adults who had total knee replacement surgery to see if the type of anesthesia (spinal or general) affects how well they recover. Researchers will use a patient questionnaire called QoR-15F to measure recovery. The goal is to find out which method leads to a better recovery, but no new treatment or medication is being tested.
