Doctors question: is extra ligament surgery always needed during knee replacement?
NCT ID NCT07377669
Summary
This study is collecting information from 15 patients who had two knee surgeries at once: a partial knee replacement and a reconstruction of a torn ligament (ACL). Researchers want to understand if repairing the torn ligament is always necessary during the knee replacement, or if it's only needed in some cases. They will review past patient records and follow new patients to see how their knees function and recover.
