Can a simple update make a robotic knee work better?
NCT ID NCT06620861
Summary
This study tested a new software update for a powered artificial knee to see if it helped people with above-knee amputations perform daily activities more easily. Six regular users of the device tried both the new and old software while doing tasks like sitting down, standing up, and walking. The goal was to see if the update improved their movement and comfort during these activities.
