New tool may improve knee replacement balance

Summary

This study looks at whether using a special tensioner device during knee replacement surgery helps balance the ligaments better than the usual method. About 200 people getting a specific type of knee implant will take part. Researchers will use stress X-rays and pain scores to compare results between the two groups.
