Simple pillow aims to ease pain and speed recovery after knee surgery

Summary
This study is testing a special pillow called the Zero Degree Knee positioner to see if it helps people recover better after knee replacement surgery. The device is designed to gently help the knee straighten and may improve movement and reduce pain during home-based recovery. Researchers will compare results from 154 patients using the pillow to those following standard rehabilitation instructions.
