Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to see which one provides better pain relief after total knee replacement surgery. 120 adults having knee replacement will receive one of two block combinations, and researchers will measure how much opioid pain medicine they need in the first 24 hours. The goal is to find a way to control pain with less reliance on strong medications.
