NCT ID NCT05285007

Summary

This study is testing if limited ankle flexibility contributes to knee pain during movements like squatting. Researchers will compare two groups of women with chronic knee pain: one doing specific exercises to improve ankle motion, and a minimal intervention group. The goal is to see if improving ankle flexibility helps reduce pain and improve function.
