Summary
This study aimed to test a new, non-surgical procedure for people with chronic knee pain from arthritis who are not candidates for surgery. Doctors planned to inject a medication called doxycycline into tiny blood vessels around the knee to try to reduce pain. The goal was to see if this approach was safe and effective for pain management over a year.
