New nerve block combo may cut opioid use after knee replacement

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block combinations to see which provides better pain relief after total knee replacement. About 120 adults having knee surgery will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers (opioids) after the operation.
