Summary

This study tests a method to reduce pain in the back of the knee after total knee replacement. It combines a nerve block with a thigh tourniquet after surgery. The goal is to lower pain scores, reduce the need for strong painkillers, and help patients move sooner. The trial involves 60 adults aged 40-85 who are having knee replacement.
