New knee exercises target root cause of pain
NCT ID NCT07410429
Summary
This study is testing if a new, targeted exercise program works better than standard physical therapy for active adults with inner knee pain and a bow-legged alignment. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise programs for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see which program better improves knee pain and function over a year.
