Simple exercises may offer relief for women with arthritic knee pain

Summary
This study looks at two different exercise programs—closed kinetic chain exercises and isometric exercises—to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function in women aged 35 to 60 with knee osteoarthritis and patellofemoral pain syndrome. 70 participants will do 12 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels and functional ability using standard scales.
