Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise is better at reducing pain and improving daily function for women with knee osteoarthritis and related kneecap pain. Researchers will compare two different exercise approaches over four weeks of physical therapy sessions. The goal is to help patients move with less pain and more ease in their daily activities.
