Which exercise works best for arthritic knee pain?

Summary
This study compares two different exercise programs to see which works better for reducing pain and improving function in women with knee osteoarthritis. 70 female participants will be randomly assigned to either closed kinetic chain exercises or isometric exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and daily function using standard pain and disability scales.
