Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with painful knee arthritis in both knees. Each participant gets an injection of their own fat tissue in one knee and the same fat plus hyaluronic acid in the other. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain and improves movement better than fat alone. The trial involves 100 adults aged 18-75 with moderate to severe knee arthritis.
