Summary

This study tested an injection called lorecivivint for people with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. The goal was to see if it could improve cartilage health in the knee, measured by MRI scans. Only 13 people took part before the study was stopped early. The treatment aims to control the disease, not cure it.
