New combo injection could ease knee arthritis pain

Summary
This study tests whether a new knee injection, combining hyaluronic acid with fibrinogen, can safely reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 31 adults aged 45 to 75 with knee arthritis will receive the injection and be followed for several months. The goal is to see if adding fibrinogen makes the standard treatment work better.
