Summary
This study looked at whether applying radial pressure wave therapy to specific spots on the knee works better than targeting the most painful areas for people with knee osteoarthritis. 82 adults with chronic knee pain and a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis received three treatment sessions. Researchers measured pain and disability over four months to compare the different techniques.
