Summary
This study aimed to compare a new, minimally invasive procedure called genicular artery embolization (GAE) with standard steroid injections for reducing knee pain from osteoarthritis. It was designed for adults over 40 whose knee pain did not improve with other treatments. The study was stopped early after enrolling only one person, so no clear conclusions can be drawn.
