Hands-On therapy battle: which technique eases arthritic knees best?

NCT ID NCT07402291

Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which one better helps people with knee osteoarthritis. Forty-four adults with early-stage knee arthritis received either Mulligan's Pain Release or Kaltenborn Mobilization, along with standard exercises, for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, stiffness, and knee movement to determine which approach provided more relief.
