Zapping knee pain: new study tests two electrical therapies for arthritis relief

Summary
This study aims to see which combination works better for easing knee osteoarthritis symptoms in people over 60: a standard exercise program paired with a common electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) device, or the same exercises paired with a newer type of noninvasive neuromodulation (NESA). Researchers will measure changes in pain, stiffness, mobility, strength, and mental well-being after an 8-week treatment period.
