Summary

This study aims to find out which of three common knee injections works best for long-term pain relief in people with knee osteoarthritis. It will directly compare steroid shots, dextrose prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections in 72 patients. The goal is to see which treatment provides the most effective and safest reduction in pain and stiffness over time.
