Summary

This study compares three types of knee injections—steroids, dextrose prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—to see which works best for reducing pain and improving function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 72 adults aged 40 to 80 who have had persistent knee pain for at least six months. Participants will receive one of the three injections and be monitored over time using pain and function questionnaires.
