Summary
This study compares two noninvasive pain treatments—NESA and TENS—combined with exercise for people over 60 with knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves mobility, and boosts mental health. 110 participants will be followed to measure changes in pain, stiffness, and quality of life.
