Summary

This study compares three types of knee injections—steroids, dextrose prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—to see which provides the best pain relief for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will enroll 72 adults aged 40 to 80 who have had knee pain for at least six months. Participants will receive one of the three injections and report their pain levels and joint function over time.
