Summary

This study compares two treatments for knee osteoarthritis: an ultrasound-guided genicular nerve block and standard physical therapy. Researchers will measure pain, mobility, and balance in 66 adults aged 40-70 with knee pain for at least 3 months. The goal is to find which approach works better for easing symptoms and improving daily function.
