Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle nerve stimulation therapy (NESA) to exercise helps reduce pain and stiffness in people over 60 with knee osteoarthritis better than standard TENS therapy. Researchers will measure pain, mobility, strength, sleep, and mood in 110 participants. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to improve daily life and mental health.
