First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether healthy lifestyle education and a custom physical activity plan can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 26 adults aged 40 and older with knee osteoarthritis will be split into three groups: supervised exercise, a home-based program, or usual care. The goal is to see which approach helps people stick with exercise and feel better over six weeks, with follow-up calls for another six weeks.
