Summary

This study tested two different knee injections (Hyruan-One and Hylan G-F 20) against a saltwater placebo to see which one reduces pain better in people with knee osteoarthritis. A total of 276 adults with painful knees that didn't improve with other treatments took part. Researchers measured pain levels and knee function over 6 months to compare the options.
