Summary

This study tests whether adding a special breathing therapy (intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia) to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. Sixty adults aged 45 and older with knee pain for at least 3 months will participate. The goal is to see if this combination works better than physical therapy alone.
