Summary

This study followed 57 people with moderate-to-severe knee osteoarthritis for one to two years after they received injections of a gel called NOLTREX™ into their knee joint. The goal was to see if the treatment continued to safely reduce pain and stiffness and improve movement over the long term. Researchers collected follow-up data through phone interviews to measure changes in participants' pain and physical function.
