Summary

This study will follow up to 3000 people diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the knee for up to 50 years. Researchers will track how the disease progresses, what treatments people receive, and how their knee function and quality of life change over time. No new treatment is being tested; the goal is to gather long-term data to better understand the condition and improve future care.
