Train one leg, help the other? new study tests knee pain relief
NCT ID NCT07490977
Summary
This study is testing if exercising just one leg can improve strength, balance, and reduce pain in the other leg for older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will assign 45 participants to different one-leg exercise programs. The goal is to see if this 'cross-education' approach can help people move better and feel less pain without having to train both painful knees.
