First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares basic body awareness therapy (BBAT), a gentle mind-body exercise approach, to conventional physiotherapy and home exercises in 63 adults aged 40-74 with knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if BBAT improves pain, strength, balance, and quality of life more than standard care. Participants will be assigned to one of three groups and assessed over time.
