Summary
This study tested whether a guided home exercise program delivered over a computer (called telerehabilitation) could help people with knee osteoarthritis. 118 participants over age 50 were randomly assigned to either follow the home exercise program or continue with their usual care. The main goal was to see if the program reduced pain and stiffness and improved knee function and quality of life over 12 weeks.
