Can a chicken cartilage pill ease your knee pain?

NCT ID NCT06917287

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily supplement called Native CT-II®, made from chicken cartilage, can help reduce pain and stiffness and improve daily function for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 114 participants will take either the collagen supplement, a common joint health combo (glucosamine and chondroitin), or a placebo pill for 90 days. Researchers will compare how much each group's knee pain and mobility improves.
