Weightless walking vs. super supplements: new battle for knee pain relief

NCT ID NCT07399743

Summary

This study aims to find which approach works better for overweight women with knee osteoarthritis: using a special treadmill that reduces body weight pressure during walking, or taking a combination of two dietary supplements. Researchers will compare how much each method reduces pain and improves daily function when added to standard physical therapy. The trial will include 160 women aged 20-45 with confirmed mild to moderate knee arthritis.
