First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a hands-on technique called Mobilization with Movement (MWM) can help reduce pain and inflammation in people with knee osteoarthritis. Forty adults with moderate to severe knee OA will receive either MWM or a fake version, plus standard care, twice a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure inflammation from blood samples, pain levels, and knee function to see if MWM offers real benefits.
