Summary
This study tested a hands-on therapy called Mulligan's mobilization, combined with isometric (holding) exercises, for people with knee osteoarthritis. Fifty adults aged 40-65 with moderate knee arthritis took part. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce pain, improve movement, and lessen disability.
