New exercise program aims to ease knee pain and improve sleep

Summary
This study will test whether a specific leg muscle strengthening program can help people with knee osteoarthritis walk better, feel less pain, and sleep more soundly. It will involve 52 adults aged 40-60 with moderate knee arthritis. Participants will be randomly assigned to either try the new exercise program or continue with their usual care.
