Summary
This study aims to find out if self-managed exercise at a local fitness center works as well as supervised physical therapy for people with knee osteoarthritis. It will enroll 300 adults with knee pain to compare pain relief, function, and cost-effectiveness between the two approaches. The goal is to provide a more accessible and affordable first-line treatment option.
