Doctors find clues in knee scans that may forecast surgery success

NCT ID NCT07089316

Summary

This study looks back at knee MRI and X-ray scans from 128 patients who had surgery for a specific type of meniscus tear. Researchers are checking if certain measurements from these scans taken before surgery are linked to how well patients do two or more years later. The goal is to help doctors better predict recovery and choose the right patients for this repair procedure.
