Tracking Kids' knees: 8-Year study on dislocation surgery
NCT ID NCT06257836
Summary
This study looks at how children fare years after surgery for a repeatedly dislocating kneecap. Researchers are following 80 kids who had a specific ligament reconstruction procedure using part of their own thigh tendon, checking their pain, strength, and activity levels 2 to 8 years later. Their results will be compared to a group of healthy children of similar age and gender.
