Summary

This study tests whether giving a steroid injection in the non-surgical knee before a total knee replacement can reduce pain and improve function. About 60 adults with knee osteoarthritis who need a single knee replacement will participate. The injection is given in the opposite knee to see if it helps both knees feel better during recovery.
